We have manufactured for customers devices ranging from resonators based on 4000A single crystal Silicon to 2.5mm thick high accuracy Silicon Optical tables.

Typical products range from complex accelerometer chips or lab-on-a-chip to simple high accuracy micro-channels, RF passive circuits or flexible micro-electrodes.
