Mizur Technology maufactures silicon v-groove chips with tight tolerances for high precision positioning. Our Silicon V-groove products are manufactured either off the shelf standard items with 4, 8, 16, 32 positions for 125 micron fibers or custom designed chips, with customer defined number of positions, fiber diameter, core center to surface distance, pitch and chip size (including height). Typical chips are 48 to 64 fibers with equal or variable spacing, chip thickness 1mm.
We also provide fiber array assembly services with core to core 'smile' better than ±
0.4 µm.
Our standard silicon V-grooves chips 12 mm in length
and 525 µm in height. center-to-center spacing is 250 µm (±
0.25 µm). The width varies with the number of available positions.
